Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HR Kreations & Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is correct and secure. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered.
